Polymerized bitumen factory
Also established in 2019, located at the Al-Hammurabi Company site, on Route T6 near the city of Al-Diwaniyah. The Al-Sahool Polymer Production Plant is distinguished by its ability to produce various types of polymer bitumen successfully, surpassing its competitors. This success in production and testing has positively impacted the availability of high-quality local products. The plant collaborates with the international company Elrich, which has decades of experience in this industry in Asia and Africa.
The Sohool Company's production facility consists of two units:
1- Standalone Production Unit
2- Continuous Production Unit
The Al-Sahool Company owns tanks with a capacity of 500 tons for fluid bitumen , equipped with a modern hydraulic heating system and advanced thermal insulation systems. Additionally, the company has tanks for polymer bitumen with a capacity of 400 tons. These tanks are specialized and designed for storing polymer bitumen , thanks to their design, the quality of mixers within them, and their advanced insulation and heating systems.

Sohool Laboratory
Saohool Company Laboratory was established in 2019, specializing in conducting all types of fluid and polymer bitumen examinations. The laboratory stands out due to its trained team holding internationally recognized certificates in the field of inspection and control.
The laboratory consists of three main departments:
1- Examination Department: Responsible for conducting all examinations for various types of fluid and polymer bitumen , including PG 76-10, PG 7610E, 76-10V, and PG 82-10.
2- Analysis and Control Department: Supervises the success of production and the processing of the product during and after production.
3- Archiving Department: This department preserves samples for every carrier that has been loaded from the polymer laboratory of Al-Sahool Company and has successfully passed the examination. As for the laboratory equipment, it comprises the latest and best devices for fluid and polymer bitumen testing in the world.
